Making decisions can be complex with many factors and options to consider. This template is designed to help you weigh those options and make better decisions. 

7 Steps to Better Decisions

1. Click to download the free template.
2. Write the decision you are making in cell A1.
3. List the factors affecting your decision in Column A.
4. Rate the importance of each factor in Column B.
5. List the options available to you in cells C2, D2, E2, F2, and so on.
6. Rate each option based on each factor.
7. Review the results. How do you feel? Are you happy with the outcome? Does it meet your expectations? If necessary, adjust your factors or ratings until you feel comfortable with the results.

Move Forward with the Option to Change

You now have your decision and can move forward. If something changes or the decision isn't working, revisit the document and make adjustments as needed. Keep this document handy to remind yourself why you made the decision and update it later if needed.
